Apprentice Success is pleased to announce the extension of its contract for a further two years, enabling us to continue delivering tailored support services that help apprentices, employers and industry partners achieve long-term success in New Energy.
The contract extension recognises the significant impact Apprentice Success has made in supporting apprentices throughout their training journey while helping employers build and retain a skilled workforce.
Looking ahead to 2028, Apprentice Success will build on its strong foundations by expanding support for apprentices, employers and industry partners operating in the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) sectors. As vehicle technologies continue to evolve and Australia transitions towards electrification, Apprentice Success will work closely with dealerships, fleet operators, EV service providers and industry stakeholders to help address emerging skills needs and support workforce development.
School engagement will be a key priority over the next two years, and Apprentice Success will strengthen partnerships with 50 schools across Victoria to increase awareness of apprenticeship and traineeship pathways, particularly within the growing new energy and automotive sectors. Through career presentations, industry engagement activities and direct connections with employers, Apprentice Success will help students better understand the opportunities available through vocational education and apprenticeships.
